Terms and Conditions Transfer Turino

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the use of chauffeur-driven transfer services offered by Transfer Turino (hereinafter, "Transfer Turino" or the "Provider").

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made 365 days a year via:
  • - Website
  • - Phone
  • - Email

Reservations are guaranteed and accepted up to 24 hours before the service. Beyond this period, they will be subject to availability.

Payment

  • - Fees can be paid in cash or by POS on the vehicles.
  • - Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.
  • - Fees include taxes, fuel, parking, and highway tolls.
  • - A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Online Reservations

  • - All reservations must have an acceptance confirmation.
  • - Online requests are guaranteed at least 24 hours before departure.
  • - Advance payment can be requested via PayPal or bank transfer.

Reservation Confirmation

The reservation submitted by the Client via email constitutes a "Reservation Request".
Transfer Turino will send a Voucher or Reservation Confirmation via email to confirm the reservation.
Printing and presenting the Voucher to the driver are mandatory for the trip.
The Client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information on the Voucher.
  • - Any discrepancies must be communicated via email to Transfer Turino at least 24 hours before the service.

The Client is required to provide a valid mobile phone number for any changes to the departure time.

Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for:
  • - Choosing the appropriate service based on boarding/disembarking times, travel delays, and baggage claim.
  • - Timely communication of any changes in schedules that might cause them to miss the transfer.
  • - Respecting the legal rights of others.

Applicable Law

These T&C are subject to Italian law.

Luggage Limit

Clients may bring a number of pieces of luggage not exceeding that indicated in the reservation system.

Bulky Luggage

  • - Bulky luggage (e.g., golf bags, bicycles, etc.) must be communicated in advance.
  • - Transport may incur an additional charge.
  • - Transfer Turino may refuse transport if not informed.

Prohibited Luggage

Luggage containing flammable liquids or other liquids in general is not allowed.

Responsibility for Luggage

  • - Luggage travels at the Client's risk.
  • - Transfer Turino is not responsible for loss or damage to luggage.
  • - It is advisable to obtain individual insurance for valuable items.

Lost Luggage

Lost luggage on vehicles will be delivered to the Client at their expense.

Client Responsibility

  • - The Client is responsible for promptly communicating any delays of flights/trains/ships.
  • - The driver's phone number is on the Voucher.

Free Waiting Time

For private transfers, the driver waits for free up to 60 minutes from the scheduled flight/train/ship time.

Supplement for Delay

  • - For delays over 60 minutes, a supplement of €25/hour applies, to be paid to the driver before the service.
  • - The Client who does not communicate the delay or does not accept the supplement loses the right to the transfer without a refund.

Force Majeure

Transfer Turino is not responsible

Smoking and Prohibited Substances

  • - Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles.
  • - The introduction or consumption of alcoholic beverages or narcotics on board is not allowed.

Appropriate Behavior

Transfer Turino reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is threatening to the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.

Transporting Children

  • - Transporting children in the car is subject to specific regulations requiring the use of approved child seats.
  • - The Client is required to inform at the time of booking the number and age of children to allow for the selection of appropriate child seats.

Vehicle Damage

The Client is responsible for any damage intentionally caused to the vehicle.

Modifications

  • - Modifications to bookings can only be made via email to info@transferturino.it.
  • - Transfer Turino will confirm the modification via email within 24 hours.

Cancellations

  • - Cancellations can be made via email to info@transferturino.it.
  • - Transfer Turino will confirm the cancellation via email within 24 hours.
  • - Cancellation is free if made at least 48 hours before the booked service.
  • - In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the service, no refund is provided.
  • - No Show results in the full charge of the booked service.

Cancellation by Transfer Turino

  • - Transfer Turino reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with another of the same level or cancel any reservation in case of inability to provide the service.
  • - In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of the booked service.

Rates Include

  • - Taxes
  • - Fuel
  • - Parking
  • - Highway Tolls

Free Waiting Time

For services starting at the airport/port/train station, one hour of free waiting time is included from the official arrival time.

Supplement for Waiting Time

  • - Beyond the first hour of free waiting time, a supplement of €20/hour applies, to be paid directly to the driver before the service.
  • - Fractions of an hour are considered full hours.

Services Not Included

Tickets for museums, monuments, ferries, and other services not mentioned in the booking conditions.

Supplements

  • - For services performed on public holidays or at night (10:00 PM - 07:00 AM), a 15% supplement applies.
  • - The supplement might not be automatically calculated by the online booking system. In such cases, Transfer Turino will inform the Client via email within 24 hours of the booking.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Italian law.
